O'Brien Property Maintenance was created out of frustration. The frustration of working for companies that put profit before pride.

Having worked in the industry for over 10 years I have seen the best and the worst of what is out there, and I have learnt valuable lessons from all of them. I have learnt how things should be done, and I have learnt how things should not be done.

I understand what a property means to different people.

​

To some it is an investment and to others it is a home but to me it is simple, it is yours. 

​

This is why every property I enter has my utmost respect, and any work I carry out to that property is done one way...the right way!

My work ethic is deeply rooted in the belief that every job I undertake is a signature of who I am.

 

I approach each task with a sense of responsibility and pride, understanding that the quality of my work reflects not only my skills but also my character.

It is with this in mind that I employ only tradesmen that believe in the same principles as me.

This is why my company slogan is written not as a catchy gimmick but as a truth - O'Brien is the name you can trust!
